About Us

Tallgrass Development, LLC, is a new company with a long history of meeting the needs of its clients.

Our history began in 1985 with the formation of Concorde Management & Development. Lincolnites David M. Schmidt, Thomas C. Smith, and the late Thomas D. Hayes originally formed Concorde to manage and develop their own and partner-invested real estate properties.

Since then, the company has maintained a philosophy of slow and steady growth and now oversees an increasingly diversified list of properties for numerous satisfied clients and tenants. In 2008, Tallgrass Development was formed as a new company to focus solely on our development efforts.
